Moderation decides whether reviews collected through review requests appear on your store or wait for approval.

On the Free plan, these reviews wait for your approval. Manual moderation is available on every plan. Automatic approval settings need Standard or Pro. Automatic approval of positive reviews needs Pro and is not available on the Free plan.

Imported reviews are approved when they arrive. On Free, you can hide an approved import. On Standard and Pro, use Flag to keep a marketplace import off your store.

Choose Approve if you want it to appear on your store.

1. Open Reviews in Reviewsion.
2. Open an unapproved review.
3. Check its text, rating and media.
4. Choose Approve if you want it to appear on your store.

Only approved reviews show on your store. To stop showing an approved review from a request, use Hide.

On Standard and Pro, review request settings can approve all submitted reviews automatically. The positive-review option needs Pro; other reviews then wait for your approval.

With either automatic option, Reviews with media always require manual approval keeps reviews containing media waiting for you to check them.

Check your review request moderation settings before sending requests to customers.

Approve Shopify-collected reviews by hand, or use the automatic approval settings included in paid plans.
