On the Free plan, orders do not arrive on their own and requests are not sent automatically. Fetch your orders once a day, then send requests by hand. Follow-ups are not available on the Free plan.
Fetch orders
In Reviewsion, turn on review requests in Settings if they are off.
Open Requests.
In Fetch your orders, click Fetch orders. If the button is disabled, check Next fetch for the next allowed time in your local time.
Wait while the card shows Fetching orders…. Requests appear in the table when the fetch finishes.
You can fetch once a day. The card shows when another fetch is allowed.
Review and send
When the card shows how many requests are ready, click Review and send. The table shows unsent requests and selects them for you.
Check the selected requests.
Use the table's send action.
Confirm the send.
The selected requests are sent through the usual confirmation flow. You can also use Send now on a single request.
Test before sending to customers
The Free plan includes test mode, an email logo and the Classic email theme. Use test mode to check your request email before sending it to customers.
Settings that need a paid plan
Automatic sending, request timing and 1 follow-up need Standard or Pro. Discounts, advanced rules, low rating support, AI starters, QR codes and advanced return handling need Pro. Additional email themes need Pro.
Follow-up settings stay visible but locked on Free. Saved follow-ups are kept for an upgrade; they do not send on the Free plan.
