Hiding reviews by hand is available on every plan, including the Free plan. Automatic archiving rules need Standard or Pro. Those rules are not available on the Free plan.
Hide a review on Free
Open Reviews in Reviewsion.
Open an approved review's actions menu.
Choose Hide.
The review is no longer approved and stops showing on your store. Free shops can hide imported reviews without using Flag.
Hide a review on Standard or Pro
For reviews collected through requests, choose Hide in the review actions menu. Marketplace imports stay approved on paid plans. To keep one of those reviews off your store, use Flag, which is included in Standard and Pro.
Automatic rules
On Standard and Pro, settings can automatically archive reviews without written content or with selected star ratings. Configure these in Reviewsion's settings. Free shops hide or archive individual reviews by hand instead.
