Automatic import is included in Pro. Not available on the Free plan. Free and Standard support manual imports.
Automatic imports are off until you turn them on.
How automatic import works
With automatic import turned on, Reviewsion checks Etsy about every 10 minutes. It checks eBay hourly while your newest feedback is under 3 days old, every 3 hours while it is under 30 days old, and every 6 hours after that. New reviews are imported and matched to your Shopify products.
