Setting Up the Integration
Getting started takes just two steps.
Step 1: Enable Shuttle Integration in Reviewsion
Open your Reviewsion dashboard.
Navigate to Settings.
Find the Integrated with Shuttle option.
Check the box to enable it.
Save your settings.
Step 2: Enable Reviewsion in Shuttle
Open your Shuttle dashboard.
Go to Reviews > Settings.
Check the I'm using Reviewsion option.
Save your settings.
The integration is now active.
Importing Reviews from Shuttle
Once both apps are connected, here's how to bring your Shuttle reviews into Reviewsion:
In Shuttle, navigate to the Reviews page.
Click Export Reviews.
Choose what to export:
All reviews: Your complete review history in Shuttle
Only non-exported reviews: Reviews not yet sent to Reviewsion
Date range: Reviews from a specific time period
Click Export Reviews to Reviewsion.
Shuttle will begin transferring your reviews. You can monitor progress in real-time on Shuttle and Reviewsion..

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use Shuttle or Reviewsion for collecting Etsy reviews?
For dedicated review management, Reviewsion offers more powerful features. However, if you prefer managing everything through Shuttle's unified dashboard, you can collect reviews there and sync them to Reviewsion.
Do I need Shuttle at all?
For reviews alone, no—Reviewsion can import Etsy reviews directly. However, Shuttle is excellent for syncing products, inventory, and orders between Etsy and Shopify.
What if I have reviews in both Shuttle and Reviewsion?
Reviewsion includes duplicate detection. If a review already exists, importing it again won't create a duplicate.
Can I import reviews from multiple Etsy shops?
Yes. If you have multiple Etsy shops connected in Shuttle, you can export reviews from each one, as long as they are also connected to your Reviewsion account.
I'm getting an error when exporting from Shuttle
Make sure the "Integrated with Shuttle" setting is enabled in your Reviewsion settings.
