Reviewsion provides two ways to build your reviews library: automatically collecting new reviews for products sold on Shopify through Review Request campaigns, and importing existing reviews from connected platforms like Etsy, Amazon, and eBay.

For existing reviews from external platforms, Reviewsion simplifies your review management by automatically importing reviews directly from your connected platforms, eliminating the tedious manual tasks often involved, such as dealing with CSV files or copying and pasting content.
Automatic Import Process
When you connect a new platform (such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or eBay) to Reviewsion, it immediately begins importing reviews seamlessly and automatically. This process includes:
Storing Reviews Locally: Reviewsion securely stores your imported reviews and associated media (images and videos) locally.
Automatic Product Matching: Reviewsion intelligently associates imported reviews with your Shopify products, significantly reducing the need for manual assignment.
Customer Association: Reviewsion creates privacy-conscious local customer profiles. Only essential information is stored, enabling accurate matching of multiple reviews from the same customer across different platforms.
Order Linking: Imported reviews are linked to their corresponding orders, enabling you to quickly review and address specific customer interactions and reviews.
Manual Import Option
If you need to manually import additional reviews at any time:
Navigate to the Reviews page for the connected shop.
Click the Import Reviews button located in the top-right corner.
You have the option to import only new reviews. Reviewsion intelligently skips previously imported reviews to avoid duplication.
