Connecting Etsy and eBay shops and importing reviews by hand work on every plan, including Free.
Shopify connects when you install Reviewsion. Connect Etsy or eBay to import reviews from those shops.
Automatic Shopify connection
Once Reviewsion is installed, it immediately connects to your Shopify store. No additional user action is required.
Connect an Etsy or eBay shop
From the Reviewsion overview page, scroll down to the Connected Shops section.
Click on the Add Shop button.
A modal titled "Connect to a Shop" will appear.
Select Etsy or eBay.
Click the Connect to Shop button.
You will then be redirected to your chosen platform to confirm the connection. Once confirmed, Reviewsion immediately starts importing reviews and matching them to your Shopify products.
With automatic import turned on (Pro plan), Reviewsion checks Etsy for new reviews about every 10 minutes. It checks eBay every hour while your newest feedback is under 3 days old, every 3 hours while it's under 30 days old, and every 6 hours after that. New reviews then appear on the connected shop's page in Reviewsion.
Disconnecting a store
To remove a shop, follow these steps.
Go to the specific shop's page within Reviewsion.
Click the Remove Shop button.
Removing a shop deletes every review imported from it. Connecting it again imports them again. A shop that only loses its connection keeps its reviews.
