The flagging feature in Reviewsion helps you mark specific reviews for further attention. This internal tool is useful for quickly identifying reviews that may require additional follow-up, such as responding to the reviewer or revisiting important customer feedback at a later time.
Flagging reviews does not affect their visibility on your Shopify store; it is strictly for your internal review management.
How to Flag a Review
To flag a review:
Navigate to your Reviews page in Reviewsion.
Locate the review you want to flag.
Click on the flag icon under the Select column (marked as SEL).
The flagged review will now be clearly marked, allowing you to easily locate and take action whenever needed.
You can view all flagged reviews by clicking on the Flagged tab in the Reviews page.
