Follow-up reminders are emails sent after an initial review request when your customer has not finished reviewing the order.
Follow-ups are not available on the Free plan. Standard includes 1 follow-up; Pro includes up to 3. Saved follow-ups are kept while you use Free, but they do not send.
Add follow-ups
Open Settings in Reviewsion.
Open the review request settings.
Find Follow-up Reminders.
Click Add Follow-up Reminder. Standard allows 1 reminder. Pro allows up to 3.
Set the delay for each reminder.
Save your settings.
Each delay is measured from the last email sent, whether that was the initial request or the previous reminder. When all products in an order have been reviewed, remaining follow-ups are cancelled.
Edit reminder emails
Open the template settings.
Select the follow-up template you want to change.
Edit its subject and body.
Save the template.
Use test mode to check your emails before sending them to customers. Test mode is available on every plan, but it does not add follow-ups to the Free plan.
