Importing your eBay reviews into Reviewsion is straightforward, similar to importing Etsy reviews. The process is simple, efficient, and requires minimal effort.
How to Import Reviews
To manually import your eBay reviews:
Navigate to the Reviews page of the eBay Shop within Reviewsion.
Click on the Import Reviews button located at the top-right corner.
A panel will open, presenting two import options:
Import All Reviews: Reviewsion re-imports all your eBay reviews. Existing reviews are updated with the latest details, while avoiding duplication. New reviews are imported normally.
Only Import New Reviews: Reviewsion quickly checks and imports only your recent eBay reviews, stopping as soon as it encounters previously imported reviews. This is faster as it skips reviews already in the system.
Continuous Automatic Import
With automatic importing enabled (available exclusively for Pro plan users), Reviewsion continuously imports your new eBay reviews in the background, keeping your store's reviews updated effortlessly.
To activate automatic importing:
Visit the Settings page in Reviewsion.
Enable Automatically Import New Reviews.
Important Note: Automatic importing of eBay reviews is exclusively available to users on the Pro plan.
