Importing your reviews from Etsy into Reviewsion is a streamlined and effortless process, designed to quickly integrate Etsy reviews with minimal effort on your part.
How to Import Reviews
To manually import your Etsy reviews:
Navigate to the Reviews page of your Etsy Shop within Reviewsion.
Click on the Import Reviews button located at the top-right corner.
In the import panel that appears, choose one of two import options:
Import All Reviews: This option instructs Reviewsion to review and re-import every Etsy review. Existing reviews are updated with the latest details, ensuring accuracy without duplication. Any newly discovered reviews are imported normally.
Only Import New Reviews: Select this for a quicker import process. Reviewsion will only check and import recent reviews, stopping automatically when previously imported reviews are encountered. Existing reviews remain unchanged.
Continuous Automatic Import
For users with automatic importing enabled (Pro plan only), Reviewsion continuously and seamlessly imports new Etsy reviews in the background without any manual input required. To ensure this function is active:
Go to your Reviewsion Settings page.
Enable Automatically Import New Reviews.
This ensures your Etsy reviews stay current automatically, providing fresh customer insights regularly without additional effort.
Important Note: Automatic importing of Etsy reviews is exclusively available to users on the Pro plan.
