Cancelling during a Standard or Pro trial ends the plan at once. You won't be charged. You do not need to uninstall Reviewsion.
Cancel in the app
Open Settings in Reviewsion.
Open Account and Billing.
Click Cancel plan under your current plan.
Check the warning that the trial ends now with no charge.
Click Cancel trial to confirm.
Reviewsion shows Your plan has ended. Choose a plan to keep using Reviewsion. Choose Free, Standard or Pro. Your reviews are safe; paid features come back when you choose a paid plan. Cancelling does not put you on Free automatically.
Switch to Free instead
Open the plans in Account and Billing.
Click Switch to Free.
Read the warning about which paid features stop.
Confirm the switch.
Your trial ends now with no charge. Your reviews stay, and the Free plan applies at once.
Each plan's 14-day trial is given once per shop. Only unused days remain if you return to a partly used trial. Reinstalling does not restart a used trial.
If you also uninstall
Download your Shopify-collected reviews before uninstalling. Imported Etsy and eBay reviews are not in the CSV file because their platforms' terms do not let us pass their content to anyone else. Those reviews stay on Etsy and eBay. See Download your Shopify reviews as a CSV file.
Uninstalling stops reviews showing on your store at once. Your store's data is kept for 28 days, so a reinstall in that time finds everything as you left it. We email you the deletion date. Then the data is permanently deleted.
Installed before launch
Installed before ? Your 30-day trial continues until it ends; then choose Free, Standard or Pro. Starting a Standard or Pro trial before then ends the 30-day trial, and its remaining days don't carry over.
