Standard and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. New shops start on the Free plan, with no trial clock or review cap.
Start a paid trial
In Reviewsion, open Settings.
Open Account and Billing.
Choose Standard or Pro.
Check the trial days and billing date in the confirmation.
Approve the subscription in Shopify.
Your trial starts when you approve the plan, not when you install Reviewsion. You get the features of the plan you chose. Automatic review requests are included in Standard and Pro; automatic Etsy and eBay import needs Pro and stays off until you turn it on.
No charge until your trial ends. Billed through your Shopify invoice. Standard is $9 a month or $90 a year. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year.
Trial days are given once per plan
Each plan's 14-day trial is given once per shop. If you partly use a trial, only its unused days are available when you return to that plan. The other plan has its own trial. Reinstalling does not restart a used trial. The plan chooser shows the days available before you approve.
End a trial or keep the plan
If you keep the plan, billing starts when the trial ends. To avoid a charge, cancel before the billing date shown in the app and on Shopify's approval screen.
Cancelling inside a paid trial ends the plan at once with no charge. Reviewsion then asks you to choose Free, Standard or Pro. It does not put you on Free automatically. You can also switch directly to Free; the trial ends at once with no charge and your reviews stay.
Installed before launch
Installed before ? Your 30-day trial continues until it ends; then choose Free, Standard or Pro. Starting a Standard or Pro trial before then ends the 30-day trial, and its remaining days don't carry over.
