Cancel from Reviewsion's settings. During a paid trial, cancellation ends the plan at once with no charge. After the trial, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
Cancel your plan
In Reviewsion, open Settings, then the Account and Billing tab.
Under your current plan, click Cancel plan.
In the confirmation, download your reviews first. Click Export reviews, then Download when the file is ready. The file holds the reviews customers left on your Shopify store. Reviews imported from Etsy and eBay are not in it. See Download your Shopify reviews as a CSV file.
Click Cancel plan, or Cancel trial during a trial. To keep your plan instead, click Keep Standard or Keep Pro.
What happens next
During a paid trial, the plan ends at once with no charge.
After the trial, the plan stays active until its end date, and you are not billed again.
When the plan ends, Reviewsion shows Your plan has ended. Choose a plan to keep using Reviewsion. Importing, collecting and showing reviews stop until you choose a plan.
Choose Free, Standard or Pro. Your reviews are safe; paid features come back when you choose a paid plan. Cancelling does not put you on Free automatically.
Switching to Free is different from cancelling. It applies at once, and you lose paid days left with no refund. During a paid trial, switching to Free ends the trial with no charge.
You can still download your Shopify reviews after the plan ends. Reviewsion opens on the page where you choose a plan, and Export reviews is there too.
Refunds
Monthly and annual plans are not refunded once billing has begun. If something went wrong, contact us from Reviewsion and we will look at your case.
Uninstalling
Cancelling your plan does not uninstall Reviewsion. If you also uninstall it, download your reviews first. Your store's data is kept for 28 days after you uninstall, so a reinstall in that time finds everything as you left it. Then it is permanently deleted.
