They simply click a sentence that resonates and continue writing from there, making it faster and easier to share genuine feedback.

When starters appear
Positive ratings only
AI starters only appear for customers who select 4 or 5-star ratings. This focuses the feature on customers with positive intent who are most likely to benefit from a helpful starting point.
Why not lower ratings?
Starter sentences are not shown for lower ratings. Your customers can write their own review without a prompt.
