Reviewsion makes it easy to switch between plans at any time, whether you want to access more features, enable automations, or scale down your usage.
How Plan Changes Work
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly through the Subscription page in your Reviewsion dashboard.
You only need one plan at a time—there’s no need to subscribe to both plans to enjoy all features.
What Happens When You Change Plans?
All plan changes are handled through Shopify, which means:
Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to the new plan's features.
Downgrades also take effect right away, and features from the previous plan will be removed immediately.
Shopify will automatically prorate the charges, so you won’t be double charged. You’ll only pay the difference based on how much of the billing cycle has passed.
For example, if you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the new plan and credited for the unused portion of your previous plan.
