Reviewsion makes it easy to switch between plans at any time, whether you want to access more features, enable automations, or scale down your usage.
How Plan Changes Work
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly through the Subscription page in your Reviewsion dashboard.
You only need one plan at a time—there’s no need to subscribe to both plans to enjoy all features.
What Happens When You Change Plans?
All plan changes are handled through Shopify, which means:
Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to the new plan's features.
Downgrades also take effect right away, and features from the previous plan will be removed immediately.
Shopify will automatically prorate the charges, so you won’t be double charged. You’ll only pay the difference based on how much of the billing cycle has passed.
For example, if you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the new plan and credited for the unused portion of your previous plan.
Downgrading to the Free Plan
If you choose to downgrade to the Free plan, here's what to expect:
Review limit: The Free plan supports up to 500 reviews. If you have more than 500 reviews, your oldest reviews will be automatically archived to bring you within the limit.
Archived reviews are not deleted. You can view and manage them anytime from the Reviews page. If you upgrade again, you can unarchive them.
Branding required: Reviewsion branding will be displayed on your review blocks while on the Free plan.
Feature restrictions: Some features exclusive to paid plans (like discount codes for review requests and customer segmentation) will no longer be available.
Example: If you have 750 reviews and downgrade to Free, 250 of your oldest reviews will be archived automatically, leaving you with 500 active reviews. Reviewsion will prioritize to not archive your best reviews, regardless of their age.
