Cancelling Your Subscription

Learn about cancelling your subscription in Reviewsion.

Updated this week

We're sorry to see you go, but cancelling your Reviewsion subscription is quick and easy. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Reviewsion dashboard—no need to contact support.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to the Subscription page in your Reviewsion dashboard.

  2. Locate your current plan.

  3. Click on “Cancel Plan”.

  4. Confirm the cancellation.

That’s it—your subscription is now set to end at the end of the current billing cycle.

Important: Your plan will remain active until its expiration date. You’ll continue to have full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • You won’t be billed again unless you resubscribe.

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. At which point, your access to Reviewsion's features will automatically stop, including automation and access to all theme blocks.

Refunds

Reviewsion subscriptions — including both monthly and annual plans — are non-refundable once billing has begun. That said, if you’ve encountered an issue or feel your situation warrants an exception, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to review it.

We recommend using the 30-day free trial to explore Reviewsion before subscribing to a paid plan. If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you choose the best fit.

Cancelling During the Free Trial

If you're on a free trial and want to cancel before it ends, you can simply uninstall Reviewsion from your Shopify store.

No charges will be applied unless you explicitly subscribe to a plan.
