When Reviewsion imports reviews, it automatically captures any associated images or videos. This lets you manage and showcase customer-uploaded media effortlessly, enhancing the visual appeal of your store's reviews.
Viewing Review Media
Review media (images or videos) is automatically displayed alongside each review within Reviewsion. You can quickly review this content to decide how it should be displayed in your theme blocks.
Featuring or Hiding Review Media
You have the flexibility to highlight specific media or hide media you consider inappropriate or less relevant. To manage this:
Locate the Review: Navigate to the review containing the media you'd like to manage.
Click on the Review's Media.
Look for the Reviews media section.
Adjust Media Visibility:
To feature specific media (making it appear first in your review card and used as the main image in Media Carousel cards), click on the star icon.
To hide any media, click on the block icon.
These settings let you precisely control which visuals your customers encounter first, helping maintain the overall quality of your displayed reviews.
Deleting Review Media
You can permanently delete media from reviews if needed. To delete media:
Navigate to the review containing the media.
Click on the review's media.
Look for the Reviews media section.
Click the delete icon to permanently remove the media.
Warning: Deleting media is permanent and cannot be reversed.
