Why reviews are (almost) uneditable
We intentionally keep review content read-only so shoppers can trust that what they're reading is exactly what the customer wrote. This policy also keeps us in line with Shopify's guidelines and the terms of external marketplaces (Etsy, eBay, Amazon).
What is possible
