You can switch between Free, Standard and Pro at any time. Your shop uses 1 plan at a time.
Change your plan
In Reviewsion, open Settings.
Open Account and Billing.
Open the plans.
Select the plan you want.
Read the confirmation, including the billing date or paid days you give up.
Confirm the change. For Standard or Pro, approve the subscription in Shopify.
Your new plan and its features apply at once.
Switch between paid plans
Upgrades and downgrades between Standard and Pro apply at once, including a move from annual to monthly billing or to a cheaper plan. Shopify credits the unused part of your current paid cycle, including the unused part of a paid year. This is a billing credit, not a cash refund.
Switch to Free
Switching to Free is not a Shopify paid-plan change. You lose the paid days left in your current cycle, and Shopify does not refund them. The confirmation shows how many days you give up.
Your reviews stay, but paid features stop at once. Automatic imports and automated requests stop. Blocks outside the Free plan stay hidden on your store. All Reviews and the Star Rating Badge remain available. The All Reviews widget gets the Powered by Reviewsion mark.
During a paid trial, switching to Free ends the trial at once with no charge.
Trials when you switch
Standard and Pro each start with a 14-day free trial, given once per plan per shop. A partly used trial offers only its unused days when you return. The other plan has its own trial. A switch or reinstall does not restart a used trial. The plan chooser shows the days available before you approve.
No charge until your trial ends. Billed through your Shopify invoice.
Installed before launch
Installed before ? Your 30-day trial continues until it ends; then choose Free, Standard or Pro. Starting a Standard or Pro trial before then ends the 30-day trial, and its remaining days don't carry over.
