When a review has no customer-uploaded photos, Reviewsion can show a photo of the product it reviews. This works only on blocks that show shop-wide reviews, never on a block that shows one product's reviews. A second setting shows photos in their natural proportions instead of cropping them to a fixed size. Both settings are off until you turn them on.

Turn on product photos
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize.
Open the page with the block, and click the block to open its settings.
Make sure Source is empty, so the block shows shop-wide reviews. On a product page, Source starts with that page's product selected, so remove it. The product photo setting only appears when Source is empty.
Tick Show product photos when no review photos are available.
Make sure Show images is ticked. When it is off, the block shows no photos at all, product photos included.
Click Save.
Reviews without customer-uploaded photos or video now show a photo of their product. Reviews with customer photos or video show those, as before.
Which product photo shows
The photo of the Shopify product the review is matched to.
If that product has no photo, or the review is not matched to a Shopify product, the photo from the Etsy or eBay listing the review came from.
If neither has a photo, the review shows none.
The product photo appears where customer photos would. On a wide All Reviews card, that is the photo column beside the review. It also appears in the popup with the full review, and a click opens it larger, like any customer photo.
Show photos in their natural proportions
In the same block's settings, find Show images.
Tick Use image natural aspect ratio, just below it. It only appears while Show images is ticked.
Click Save.
With the setting off, Reviewsion crops every photo to a fixed size that fills its space on the card. With it on, photos keep their natural proportions and nothing is cut off. That goes for customer photos and product photos.
In All Reviews, All Reviews (Grid) and Featured Review, a single large photo fills the width of the card in its natural proportions, so cards with photos can be different heights.
In Reviews Carousel, Mini Reviews Carousel and Review Notifications, the photo is scaled to fit a fixed space, so every card stays the same height. Small square thumbnails on any card work the same way.
When a review has several photos, each one sits uncropped in its own tile, on a light background.
Videos are not affected. If Reviewsion does not have a product photo's dimensions, that photo is still cropped.
