Reviewsion skips eBay's automated feedback, including Order delivered on time with no issues. This is feedback generated by eBay, not a comment written by the buyer.
If a buyer leaves no feedback within 7 days of an on-time, tracked delivery, eBay can add automated positive feedback. If the buyer writes feedback within 60 days, eBay replaces its automated feedback with the buyer's comment.
Reviewsion imports buyer-written feedback. Positive feedback becomes 5 stars, neutral feedback 3 stars and negative feedback 1 star, with the buyer's comment as the review text. Only feedback you received as a seller is imported.
